He hasn't talked about it to much to my knowledge, but he did say a few things that have personally helped my stutter a bit: \- He wrote that nuns at his school as a kid told him to speak with a "rhythm". That's why he practiced poetry. I'm not entirely sure how to exactly use this \- He said in in a campaign talk this year that the advice he generally gives is to slow down. I know we've probably heard that one, but if you hear him speak it's very controlled and not rushed. This point has really helped me. I make a conscious effort now to especially start my sentences slow and to know focus on specific words necessarily. It does take a bit of confidence to talk slowly to others I've find, but it's actually a good way to practice confidence. \- And then there's the endless practice. He's been a senator for a really long time. He has to talk all day. Using some techniques that work, will then allow you to be more and more fluent as you continuously speak more and more
