I'll just say that if it's truly important to you, then you'll put in the work. I'm a Military Training Instructor (drill sergeant in the USAF) & I would never have been able to do it if I hadn't started pushing myself outside my comfort zone. I was stricken with anxiety just trying to answer the damn phone for a good chunk of my life, now I can speak (and yell........a lot 😜) in front of 52 - 104 strangers like it's nothing. I still stutter, but I have absolutely zero doubts about myself & almost no anxiety. As a result, my stutter has significantly lessened.
