Hey so this I figured out is part of the problem, other people don't generally "pre-load" sentences, and instead decode their idea back into words, phrase by phrase thinking along the way if this makes any sense. If you don't preload the sentence and wing it instead based on a few starting words the fear that you will get stuck on an anticipated word is gone. For me after removing certain bad habits from my lifestyle, I realised that my stutter started tapering away and this was instead of how I started approaching speaking. Hope any of this makes sense.
