When I know I have to make a phone call or a video call, I always write down what I'm going to say and practice reading it out! I know it sounds kinda dumb, but I find that I stutter less when I'm reading off a "script"! Trust me I've bombed many interviews and phone calls and I walk out of there feeling like a complete idiot but at least I know that I tried.
