Bullies are everywhere. I'm guessing this is mainly focused around school bullies though. Bullies are going to bully no matter what. If it's not someone with a stutter, it'll be someone with a gap in their teeth, or something else. They pick on us, and all the other of their prey, because they believe it's an easy target. What you do afterwards determines if them picking on you is worth their time or not.
