Depends if you have an actual stutter or not. If you don't, it's okay, it happens to everyone. But if you have the neurological stutter, rip.. I do not recommend breathing slowly or avoiding words, because that won't ever be an instinct. I just stutter when I do. I'm currently in High School, it impacts me alot. Embrace your stutter. You were given a stutter by God for a reason. He wouldn't want to ruin your life. There are benefits of it. Some girls think it's cute. It can give you some time to learn sign language. "If you can live through a childhood of stuttering, you can live through anything. And if you can go into adulthood still stuttering, you can handle anything. . .You have been tempered by fire." Remember this quote. You will pass this obstacle. You can handle anything.
