I have a pretty extensive history with this kind of stutter. I can say that practice makes perfect. Even reading for 5 minutes a day can help over time. Breathing before each sentence could help, as well as holding the tension when you feel it. As you feel a block coming, just sit with it for a bit and breathe through your nose. You should eventually feel it "unlock". This is when you start your sentence/word. Try it out!
