This is the normal progression for dysfluency. You are having blocks, which generally happen bc ppl try *too hard* to force the words out. The sooner you address it, the easier it will be. Here’s how - practice voluntary repetitions (alone, in mirror, phone, in person). Begin talking by making eye contact and on an *exhale* These are the behaviors that come from SLP who specialize in dysfluency, and it’s made my dysfluency decrease by over 90% for over a year.
