SLP here. Disclaimer: we (and other clinical professionals) can't officially "diagnose" people over the Internet. Based on your description, my initial reaction is, "It's possible." To get a firm answer, you would really need to visit an SLP in-person. I would *strongly* recommend you find someone who specializes in stuttering, because non-specialist SLPs can very easily misdiagnose or miscategorize stuttering. This specialist recommendation is true whether you *do* stutter (you need them to confirm) or you *don't* stutter (you need a knowledgeable person who can confidently rule it out).
