I get it that there seems to be some sort of genetic/neurological component to stuttering. But I think you should really sit down and imagine yourself walking through each area of your life. Whether that be your school, work, women, sports, etc. Then write down if anything triggers your nervous system and makes you feel tight and uneasy. Then see if you can start unraveling those feelings and healing them. The best place to start might be to investigate where you stutter the most and around who.
