Bad chest pains when speaking?

Bad chest pains when speaking? Hi guys, I have a problem with stuttering, especially when I'm tired or sick. Mostly I get blocks on specific words (the types of words where you can't substitute it for something else) or I repeat syllables and extend the vowels so my speech has a weird disjointed rhythm. The problem for me isn't that this happens. I don't really mind too much because I don't think it matters a lot. The problem is that I get really bad chest pains when I'm talking, especially when I'm working and I have to quickly communicate to people or to present in meetings, or if I'm just doing mundane things like trying to order food, answering the phone etc. Does this happen to anybody else and is it anxiety or stress or something like that? I have had panic attacks before, a few years ago, but my heart / chest didn't ever hurt that much when it happened. I still feel perfectly calm and my beat is steady but when I talk my chest starts to hurt, I start to stutter even more and I get a stabbing pain. In the end it makes me avoid talking. I just get tired, kind of. It doesn't make sense to me.
