Wow there are two comments in a row "you just have to chill out." "You need to calm down." Yeah, 45-year-old OP probably just never thought of those things. Awesome, problem solved. Past the fact that it's incredibly glib to tell someone "just to chill out" -- he's not even asking for "advice" on that. He's asking a perfectly reasonable question on possible long term health effects of stuttering.
