Yeah same here. I used to focus mainly on tricks but now I've realized they only set me back further and further away each time. Most likely you are pretty fluent, if not perfectly fluent when you are by yourself. So you know how to talk without tricks, thats clear. Its about learning to bring that version of you into real life situations. And what has worked for me and many others is addressing the underlying causes stopping you from being who you are when you are by yourself vs with others. Have you ever worked on your underlying emotions that stops you from expressing your true self ?
