Just asking for advice.

Just asking for advice. Hello fellow stutters! I've recently found this subreddit and i decided to make an account to ask you a couple of questions. I have problem with ordering food/drinks in restaurants/cafes.Is there any way that i can order without saying a word, something subtle? Is it stupid to point at things that i'd like to order? And besides that, there's another problem: When i try to speak something in foreign language i start to extremely stutter (more than in my native language) i barely can say any words. Is there any way that i can improve/solve that?
