Can’t say a single word this week

Can’t say a single word this week Suddenly this week my stutter has become much more severe. I literally freeze every time I am about to talk and can’t get more than a few words out without getting stuck on a word and freezing up. When I get stuck i literally cannot get the word out. So frustrating.
