So luckily I havnt stuttered on my name bc I say it to every table so I’ve had a lot of practice I guess. But I’ll stutter sometimes if they ask me a question about a dish or a wine even though I know all the dishes and wines very well it’s discouriging became a it’s makes it seem as if I have no clue what I’m talking about or I’m making stuff up lol. It doesn’t happen all the time tho. It’s like a 50/50. I want to be fluent so this week I’m goin to get a few books on stuttering and hopefully that will help. Speech therapy I would give a shot but it seems expensive. But yes when I do get caught in a stutter , I say my apologies folks, I have a slight stutter and they are usually nice about it. It’s still annoying tho and I rather not stutter as I feel i would be more effective at my job you know?
