I wanna take this job but idk if it’s a good idea

I wanna take this job but idk if it’s a good idea My dad and brother work at a factory and my last name is very respected there, so I know I’d be hired if I apply. I’d be doing computer stuff and not actual factory work. I’m 18 and it’s 4 10 hour days a week which is perfect for me The only issue is I have a stutter, and I’ve heard stories from this factory where the guys that work there make fun of everyone with disabilities and stuff there. A burn victim worked there and all the dudes there called him burnie and stupid shit like that. On top of that my brother said if I take this job there will be a ton of people angry that they didn’t get the job first. I feel like if I take it I’ll be verbally harassed for my stutter, I wanna take it cause I’d make absolute bank tho. Should I do it? I’m insecure about my stutter but I also know with factory workers not to take what they say seriously and let it affect me
