I knew this was not a rehearsed recording. I mean all kinds of records can't explain whether you are a PWS or not. But as long as you feel difficulties to spit out words created in your mind, this pathological phenomena is called 'block', which stands for one symptoms of stutter. I can't assure whether normal ppl will feel this difficult too but PWS's blocks must be far more frequent and obvious than normal.
