Does your company have an HR department? Consider a meeting or email that brings that person in the loop. Your manager is playing with discrimination. Under the ADA you have rights. If you like and need your job, act to protect your self. Also, document things. If you were terminated due to stutter, you may have a legal case. They may have funds to help you with therapy costs.
