You're essentially asking how not to stutter in pressure situations. Feeling rushed and trying to push through typically makes stuttering and blocking struggles. You need to give yourself the time and reduce the time pressure you put on yourself. Much much said than done. You're not going to be able to do it in very difficult situations, but if you can start doing it in safe/east situations, you can slowly build to those harder situations
