Hey I am also 20, personally if you've asked me this question 3 months ago, I would've cried. I am pursuing my Computer science Engineering and life at uni has been hard for me. But something changed 2 months ago, I started to participate more and actually achieved things academically and a month ago. I accepted that I stutter when I talk and it's okay to do so, I can't change it so I might as well not cry about it. I still have social anxiety, but at this point in life I am genuinely happy. If you wanna about this more you can DM me bud :)
