Yeah I’m sure it’s different for different kinds of stuttering. Just to be clear though, I don’t talk slowly overall. I’m not really talking about being slow and relaxed in general. I’m talking about *specifically in the moment when you’re stuttering*, pay attention to how your body reacts. The tendency is to panic when you stutter, then your body tenses, then you stutter more, then you tense more, etc… an upward spiral of stuttering. If you pay attention, you can stop that spiral from happening. Relax instead of tense.
