Here's what I do. When I go for an interview, I tell the hiring manager that I have a speech impediment when the manager greet him or herself. When you don't tell them, then they'll think differently. We understand that most Jobs require "strong communication skills" which we kinda don't have because we can't communicate properly, but they'll end up sliding that to the side as long as you yourself understand the other person and you can do the task. It's hard for us to find a job because of our speech impediment but keep your head up and dont feel shy to tell people that you stutter.
