i was just writing on another post that i just did a ted talk on stuttering at my job! i would practice a lot so you nailed down the core of your talk and maybe practice in front of other folks as well. but in the end, you just gotta dive into it, embrace it, and applaud yourself for doing it disregarding your fluency during the talk, it will be a great experience regardless.
