>Reading out loud in front of people, or talking to big groups of people without stuttering, now that would yield some real progress with unlearning our speech hesitancy. I agree. The problem comes if we enter a situation where 'unlearning our speech hesitance' takes too much time and confuses people too much. This is a problem, because then we don't get 1 'hesitant thought' (reason to stutter) but many which is like a knot entangled and you get in a freeze or panic mode. Unless you can get yourself out of that right there and then, it's a destructive practical situation. Do you agree? How can we improve such practice situations?
