That’s true. Apparently research shows that it often does the same when studying or test taking on adderall....definitely something to keep in mind...I take adderall, too, and have been taking it since middle school; without it, I can’t finish tasks or maintain any sort of schedule. In terms of its effect on my fluency, I perceive it as truly helping me a majority of the time, but if i take too much, and I’m already anxious, I definitely become less fluent than I had I not taken it at all. For me, it was about figuring out what dosage worked for me, and this took years.
