Not in high school anymore, but totally remember what it was like. My best advice to everyone that is in high school and dealing with the anxiety and embarrassment that accompanies this disability - don't let it make you hide, do the opposite. Force yourself into situations you would normally avoid - get a job where you HAVE to talk a lot. Volunteer to go first for class presentations. Talk to that certain individual you're attracted to. I can promise you that just about everyone in this world doesn't actually care that you stutter. The more you do the things that your stutter makes difficult the more your confidence will grow, and confidence can help get you quite a bit in life
