Dimentia isn't the proper term I should use. Age related cognitive decline is a phrase I've seen someone use and it's much better. Anyway it's clearly not a stutter and I'll be completely open to the fact that I don't like him but I'm capable of being unbias and my unbias opinion is that it's not a stutter. That's not to say he dosent have one but when we see him babbling the whole time I think it's something different
