Anyone else able to speak fluently with this method?

Anyone else able to speak fluently with this method? I discovered a couple of years ago that I can speak 100% fluent if I talk in an extremely exaggerated, country draw. Speaking like this is so exaggerated, that I could never or at least never tried doing this in public because I would feel silly doing this. I wonder why speaking like this enables me to speak fluently. Stuttering is such an effin mystery.
