Creative Director here. I just sort of accepted it and wasn't going to let it hinder what I wanted to do. Sometimes I have to present things but more often than not I just own the stuttering/blocking. Most of my team knows and has never really made a big deal of it, same with some of our regular clients. The founders of my company, whom I am close with, always offered me some liencency before COVID. Working from home, etc. seems to help me if I am presenting something over a call versus in person. I'd say where it affects me personal wise is more the classic 'networking' events, I typically skip them or just send someone from my team. I am very much a if I don't have to talk, I won't, kind of a person.
