What about trying at the beginning of the interview, mentioning your stutter to the interviewer when introducing yourself? Maybe just a brief note of "just want to let you know, I may stutter during our interview." Don't explain yourself, just bring it up with an attitude of "btw I should mention this, but this doesn't impede me from doing this job." I kinda feel like we tell people how to treat us and what to think of us, and when we present our realities in a confident matter of fact way, they are more likely to treat us how we present ourselves.
