I understand lol. Trust me! That’s like the biggest and only time I get anxiety. From purely the thought of stuttering, before I even stutter. I wish there was some secret life changing advise, but there’s really not. Everyone’s different with stuttering, and it’s rarely the same day to day. I’ve been (somehow) able to talk pretty fluently in high school when presenting, just to go the next day and stutter like a mad man. One thing I have noticed is when I sing or change my voice / impersonations, I don’t stutter.
