As frustrating as it is, I wouldn’t be too worried. I remember when I first bought an Alexa, I couldn’t speak to it and it made me feel so stupid because it’s a machine, like why would I stutter talking to it. But after some practice on the commands and getting used to it, I got the hang of it and you will to with these voice commands at work. My advice would be to go early or stay late and put the headset on and just practice by yourself. It’s not necessary to have the receiver on (or whatever it’s called) but just so you can practice and familiarize yourself with how it should be and it will ease a lot of tension when you have to do it for real. Best of luck!
