Micro aggressions against PWS

Micro aggressions against PWS Something happened to me today which has made me think about the micro aggressions against people who stutter. I was in a meeting today with two professors (I’m a grad student) where I was going over a document. I hadn’t slept very well and was really losing control of my speech and blocking like crazy. After a few minutes one of the profs jumped in and said “actually why don’t you just let us comment on the doc and send you the feedback? We can move onto other questions which might be a better use of the time during the meeting” And another said “yeah I can’t process things when someone is talking verbally”...I guess in isolation it doesn’t seem like much but a similar incident happened yesterday with one of the professors too. I immediately internalized these incidents as “this is my fault”...but as the day progressed I started to think, are these micro aggressions against people who stutter? Has anyone else experienced anything like this? EDIT: I think this has to do more with a lack of awareness rather than micro aggressions...thanks y’all for your comments :)
