I hate the silent blocks. Especially at the start of sentences - people think I'm not speaking and speak for themselves. I start basically every since with "uh..." now. In the middle of sentences it's also annoying because it's like I just suddenly fall silent, if I'm blocking for more than like a second I go to repetitions instead.
