Exactly, because you can't have a disability based on your location. A man with a limp which is a trued disability limps in every room of his house. He can't go into a room alone and walk perfectly, but if you can speak fluently or even just better when you're alone then theoretically there's nothing wrong with you. It's self-created. That thought alone made me determined to stop stuttering.
