It's fairly obvious that the way he talks now isn't a stutter. Something related to old age I'd say. I've seen the videos of him when he was younger and didn't even show a hint of stuttering. Not a single hesitation or any other sign. That's not to say he didn't before hand and then learn to deal with it but I'd be willing to bet everything I have that what hes doing now is some sort dimentia
