No technique is perfect. I use what everyone uses. I try to talk slowly, i change the words i cant say with synonyms. When i feel like i’m rushed and need to spit everything out - i dont know how to explain it in words- but i try to get more delicate with the words. If you’re anxious and wanna force them out, they will come out terribly and you will stutter. If you keep it simple, and try to trick your brain into that calmness, the words will come out. Im limited in my explications due to my bad english. French is my first langage.
