For what it's worth, you did it, albeit it was rough, but I feel your pain and struggle. For my masters thesis, I was in an auditorium defending my thesis, I sputtered, stuttered, spit, facial tics, sweating under my suit, etc.... it was the worst experience (however, I had many more), but I did it..........and I graduated with my master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. You are 100%, nobody understands what we go through on a daily, hourly, minute by minute basis. It does suck but you what you did........you did not give up and you persevered. You should be proud of that.
