When I was in 3rd or 4rth grade I couldn’t say my Rs so my speech therapist had me sing an R song. It was silly and dumb but it actually helped. Rrr rrrr rr rrrr rr rrrrrrr. Rrr rrr rrrr rrr. You get the idea! My tongue would get tired!
