Yes, as a Mormon I was taught there was a pre-earthly life. We were spirits there with Jesus and if we weren’t ‘valiant’ there we would suffer physical deformities here in our earthly lives… be crippled, stutter, etc. even be born with dark skin! Can you even imagine? I hope this has fallen by the wayside but who knows if the older members still believe this trash. I’m in my 70s, I left 8 years ago but I thought this was trash for many years before that.
