At your age, it's not a small move to move to a new country and Ubering. Most people who do Uber, use it as a supplemental income or quick cash for around the holidays. It's not their only job usually. Are you going to college or plan on it? Without a degree and being 18 if you move at that age, you'll struggle with finding a job and a place to live. If you can find a job locally where you don't have to talk much like stock inventory, you can remain at home and not worry about relocating to a new country. I would never move to another country without already having a job and apartment ready for me.
