I can't say my name. Please advice

I can't say my name. Please advice I can't say my name if someone asks it. It's a bit long and starts with D and I struggle saying it. Whenever someone asks me my name I start stuttering at the first word itself and my heart rate goes up. And I am stuttering and the person will either be smiling aur waiting and it gets me more anxious so I stutter more. Telling someone your name is basically their first impression of you so after this dreadful interaction I get a bit embarrassed whenever I see those people and get nervous talking to them. What should I do to not stutter and increase my confidence?
