That’s so heart wrenching to hear. A big hug to you. But be brave that’s all I can say. Life is not easy not in school not in college and certainly not in job. I’m in my early thirties and speaking in the meeting gives me anxiety. I’m too tired tacking this since my childhood. You are young, learn to accept it (easier said than done) but the that’s the only way. More power to you 🫂
