OK, just realize it’s kind of expensive, and takes nearly two weeks or so of time there. They have financial aid for those in need, I believe. And they don’t coddle you. You have to work hard in the program and afterwards. It’s not a cure, it’s a toolbox they teach you how to use. I saw some remarkable results in my group. They have social support groups that practice together afterwards on social media. That’s newer, and I haven’t done that yet, but I plan to.
