By making Lidcombe the only reimbursable therapy for preschoolers who stutter they are effectively saying that Lidcombe should work for all preschoolers who stutter. They are not directly saying it, you're correct. But they are indirectly saying it. I'm largely unfamiliar with the healthcare system in Australia. I'm not Australian, so please indicate how I was inaccurate.
