Sure :) Choose a sound you can say smoothly and stand in front of mirror, makimg eye contact with yourself and intentionally speak having brief repetitions using that sound. “Today is M-m-Monday. It is c-c-cold.” When ready, do the same but in a random short phone call. “What time do you c-c-close?” Keep increasing the challenge (longer conversations, more reps, in person, etc ) Always begin slowly, with normal eye contact and on a normal exhale. Enunciate while using a regular tone, timing, cadence etc. Speaking too fast reminds your brain that taking is hard and scary, and you should get it over with quickly. This is the mindset that makes blocks worse. Hope it helps :)
