You dont fix a stutter, you learn to manage it, and you SHOULD learn to manage it. It helps you gain confidence in your ability to speak, you'll learn mental tools necessary to hold conversations and not be embarrassed because of an accident of genetics. Take the speech therapy, even just a couple months can help get a better understanding of how to deal with a stutter. That shit is a part of you, but it doesn't get to rule you.
