If you're in college now, I would go to the speech and language department and see if they offer any sort of therapy or can point you in the direction of someone close who knows stuttering. Not all university speech departments have people who really get stuttering, but it's worth asking. My general advice is not to focus on fluency, it's kind of a miserable goal as we don't really have control over whether or not we stutter. What we have control over is how we stutter and when we speak. I would encourage you to to take small chances and not judge them, instead maybe pay attention to how you're feeling in that moment.
