You just need to work on yourself and never miss opportunity to grow and grow your self-esteem. I'd say, fuck it, we all going to die eventually, so whatever we do, nothing will matter. Go switch jobs, so that you meet new people, have conversation with them. Go travel, or even better, play video games using voice, and weeks will pass by and eventually you will see a big difference.
